SHIPPING + RETURNS
We ship via USPS domestic and international orders.
Holiday Shipping: Due to our holiday schedule all Orders placed by 12/15 will arrive before Christmas. Orders placed after 12/15 may take longer than usual to ship. Happy Holidays!
Free Ground Shipping on orders over $100
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (before shipping & tax fees), for continental USA standard shipping. This does not apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other international locations, or previous purchases.
International shipping is done via USPS. Orders up to $400.00 will be charged $24.00. Orders above $400.00 will be charged $60.00. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
Most orders will be processed within 48 hours from the time we receive your order request, and will be shipped pending order verification and credit card approval.
You are welcome to exchange or return for STORE CREDIT unworn items within 10 days of receipt with all original tags attached. Our Returns Department must receive all returning items within 10 days to qualify for an exchange or return. If returning items without an exchange, a STORE CREDIT will be issued upon receipt of the item you wish to return. Please allow 10 business days for processing. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return Merchandise:

To return an item, please include your original receipt along with the reason for return or what you would like in exchange. Please allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we have received and processed the returned item. If you have chosen to exchange your new item will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone of its expected ship date. If your new choice exceeds the cost of the original merchandise, the balance will be charged to the credit card used for your original order.
Returns can be sent via UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us.
